Booking agency failed to pick us up so I made a call to SeaTac airport taxi service and got picked up within 5 minutes. The Vehicle was spotless,smelled nice, and with great customer service. The driver, Sean, was nothing but friendly and professional and got us to where we needed to go in a timely manner. Would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a ride. Two thumbs up!

Poor coustomer service no answer from dispatch driver took way to long. Also nice way to cheat the coustomer. Complete dishonesty in a way theft. My son had route on GPS any chance he took the fast route NOT A CHANCE after 2nd backtrack finally i had to say something he acted like he was new lmfao new but knows enough to get the damn job also knew alternate route ( long route )with no gps COME ON MAN 😂😂 its a learning experience. Let driver know you are GPS ing his route it works great for companys ran by dishonest drivers without honor and dignity for one another

I came from Vancouver to see Seattle for the first time. It was wonderful experience. The driver was professional and accommodating.

Seatac Airport Taxi DID NOT SHOW UP. I scheduled a trip to the airport. I received a confirmation. Over 30 minutes pass after the pickup window. THEY NEVER SHOW UP. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not trust them with your time they will screw you over. It's a shame that I have to give them even one star.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They never picked me up. I received a confirmation email regarding my pick up, and they never showed. I was left scrambling for a ride to the airport at 3:30 am.

I travel to Seattle almost every month for worm and Seatac Town car is the best way to travel. John is the best driver ever! I highly recommend this company.

A couple weeks ago I flew to USA to visit my friend. At the Seattle Airport I decided to use the Seatac Airport Taxi and i'm so glad i did. The driver was very friendly but professional at the same time. The car was nice and very clean what is very important for me. I can't recommend enough this company and the next time i will visit my friend i will definitely use their services again.

I had a very rough flight with over an hour on the tarmac so I was extremely tired . I called SeaTac Town car service from Seattle airport and I was able to get a car within few minutes . Service was quick, car was clean and driver was excellent. Excellent company with great customer service
